Today's assignment is to make a list of reasons why you love yourself. So get thee to thy quill and parchment (Pen and paper, and MS Word count too) and make a list of reasons why you love yourself. (bonus points and a gold star if you blog about it)
Make the list as long as you can, fill up a whole sheet of paper, make it fun by using paints and marker, make it big and bright and beautiful!
My (little) list of things love about me:
Each and every freckle on my face, especially the tiny one on my third eye chakra and the one on the side of my upper lip and the one above my eyebrow.
The way I sound when I am giggling so hard I can barely speak, also how I laugh so hard I snort.
The curve of my belly when I stretch.
The curly craziness of my hair that sometimes makes me feel like a lion.
My intuition and how it usually steers me in the right direction.
My capacity for compassion and forgiveness.
The fierce loyalty I have to the people that I love.
My ability to turn nearly everything into a dirty joke.
The way that I dance when I am happy.
The way that I dance when I am sad.
The maturity and wisdom that I have for my age.
The fact that I do what I love and love what I do.
