Embracing the Goddess in 2013

Posted on 01:03 by Unknown
Why hello there 2013, it's quite nice to meet you! Welcome Wishcasters as well! Today Jamie Ridler asks us what is our wish for 2013. So many wonderful plans and ideas and inspirations. (In fact, if you'd help me out with that by taking my survey I'd love you forever)!

There are a lot of things that I want to do in this new year. 2012 gave me a whole heap of confidence as to what I am capable of. It was busy and bustling and full of miracles and magic, however there was something missing.

I kept trying to recapture it but then I get distracted and I always ran out of time.

I wish to make the time to delve deep into my spirituality.

It's such an important aspect of my life but it is also one that gets pushed aside in favor of things that involve do-ing instead of be-ing.

It is time for silence, for stillness, and for embracing those things within me that wait silently for notice. I look forward to the changes that it creates within me and in my life.

I am wishing you a wonderful new year!

My 12 Wishes... on 12/12/12

Posted on 23:51 by Unknown
In honor of 12/12/12 (may you have a magical and wonderful day!), Jamie Ridler is asking us to make 12 wishes! Twelve seems like a lot, but then I have many hopes, dreams, and wishes for the new year.

Here are my 12/12/12 wishes for 2013!

I wish to remain a Blogging Goddess, churning out posts as much as I do and sharing my story in the lover-ly way that I do.

I wish to remember that rest is essential to the work that I do. Taking a break isn't something naughty, despite what my Muse tends to say whilst stomping her foot.

I wish to be able to balance my friendships and relationships with my tendency to retreat. This year has been a tough lesson in recognizing I need to work on that.

I wish to get into cooking! I'm a microwaver and a pasta maker. That's my culinary forte. I've had my slowcooker for a year and used it once. I want to change that! I want to make good and good-for me food.

I wish to stop holding myself back from feeling things. I disassociate myself sometimes when I shouldn't. I want to really feel lots of things, without fearing that I will only feel the bad things.

I wish to be someone that I can be truly proud of. Some aspects of myself are there and others still need a little bit of tinkering.

I wish to allow myself to be a dreamer. I don't really daydream as much as I would like to. I'm afraid my dreams won't come true, or that I shouldn't dream so big.

I wish to help as many women as I can. Sometimes I think I don't know how to do it, but then someone tells me that I already have and I get that feeling in my heart. This is right.

I wish to rediscover my spirituality. It's been quietly waiting for me in the background, ready to embrace me again.

I wish to be healthier. I think I've (finally) gotten the hang of loving my body at every size, but it needs more water, veggies, and exercise.

I wish to show more gratitude. Like most people, I fall into taking things for granted, but I'm working on being thankful for what I have!

I wish to be brave. I need to believe that everything will be okay, and I can be brave.

Plan A: Get Into the Christmas Spirit

Posted on 00:40 by Unknown
Today is Wishcasting Wednesday and today's wish goes absolutely wonderfully with a plan I've been hatching since this morning. You see, I hate Christmas. I don't really hate it, but it's not a happy time for me. If you had asked me yesterday, what I'm excited about for this month, I would have said the Hobbit, with nary a thought for Christmas.

Working at my retail job makes the holidays about hectic work schedules and increasing sales. Being estranged from my family also means it's sometimes a bit lonely and sad ((but not stressful, which I am eternally grateful for)). So Christmas hasn't been fun for me in a while. Today, Jamie Ridler asks us:

What do you wish to celebrate?

I wish to celebrate the holiday season. I have a pagan heart and consider it Yule, but I'm all about honoring the spirit of the holiday, despite what name you call it, let's celebrate it all! For me,this is a time of gratitude, merriment, gift-giving, and celebration. I wish to celebrate and honor that this season! (I might even bake Christmas cookies, we shall see!)

Oh, but how to get into the holiday season? That's when plan Blessing Manifesting: Get Into the Christmas Spirit comes into play. I want to celebrate the holiday spirit and I want you to join me! Every day, for the rest of the month, I will be posting a holiday related quote on the Blessing Manifesting Facebook page at 9pm EST so "like me" and then share the updates with your friends and family. Spread the cheer! And also, for the next six days?

Christmas Story TIME!!!

I'm going to be posting some of my favorite (and new to me!) Christmas stories to imbue us with the holiday spirit. Egg nog and Christmas music are optional. So I hope you'll stop by for the next six days and share in the stories, and good company!

What I Wish To Change

Posted on 22:41 by Unknown
Happy Wishcasting Wednesday! For those of you with blogs, come and join the tribe! Every Wednesday we give our words to a wish prompted by Jamie Ridler. It's a wonderful way to connect with other bloggers and push your dreams to manifesting! Today's wish is:

What change do you wish for?

I thought about this for a few minutes and then I had a wonderful "Ah-ha! Wisewoman alert." Gotta love those flashes of brilliance.

The change I wish for is the kind that is inevitable.

I highly dislike change, I rarely seek it out. I prefer to stay in my cozy little comfort zone, and as much as I like it there, I rarely get the opportunity to become complacent, and when I do, it just sets me up for more turbulence when the change does come.

"Change is inevitable. Growth is optional." - John Maxwell

If change wasn't inevitable, then I might not be pushed to grow, because that's what it is. It's a gentle (and sometimes not) nudge from the universe asking me to react. Change is the momentum that moves me on this path because without it I'd sit there still and motionless. I am open to change, but I wish to react with wisdom to it.

What change do you wish for?

What I wish to express to you.

Posted on 02:37 by Unknown
Wishcasting Wednesday! Happy wishcasting to you! What wishes are you making today? Jamie Ridler asks us:

What do you wish to express?

This one is easy! I know that a lot of the time I come off as this love-y dove-y person, and I definitely am, but there's a second layer to that.

When it comes to love I have very limited experience in my personal life. It's always been hard for me to say to the people that I love that I truly love them. It's this pesky fear of abandonment I tell you. Anyway I've always had trouble expressing love in exactly the way that I want to, with the words that are in my heart.

I wish to express love to you.

I feel like I don't say enough how much I appreciate my readers. You all have given me a platform to say what I need to say. I could be an itsy bitsy blogger who speaks out to the World Wide Web with nary a soul in sight to listen, but instead I have you, and you give my voice wings, you give my message a purpose.

I love you.

I love who knowing you has allowed me to become. It has allowed me to step into my higher self and to embrace who and what I find there.

Thank you for being you!

Fall Wishes of Magic and Mysticism

Posted on 00:37 by Unknown
(C) Iness Rychlik
Happy Wishcasting Wednesday to yooooou! May all of your beautiful dreams come truuuuue! Today's prompt from the lovely Jamie Ridler is

What's your Fall Wish?

I took a look back to last year, what I wished for Fall then, exactly one year ago. I wished to share my gifts. I didn't really think that I had much going for me, other than sharing my journey. I think I've proved myself wrong. In a year I have managed to create a well of  knowledge and wisdom (and massive amounts of love) inside of myself. I have shared that with others and it has made a difference, more than I ever thought it could. That's magic right there. There are all kinds of magic in the world I want to share that with you too.

My Fall wish is to share the magic.

As I've talked about before, I've traveled a very spiritual path, and a rather magical one. I practiced Wicca for the entirety of my teens and my spirituality evolved from there. My spirituality is no longer something that I use to label myself or something that I do. It's melded into a comfortable part of who I am. Right now it's singing to me that the leaves are falling, magic is in the air, and it wants to be talked about and experienced, fully. This week I am going to listen. This week is going to be a week of sharing my magical practice.

What do you wish for Fall?

One step at a time...

Posted on 00:27 by Unknown
It's Jamie Ridler's Wishcasting Wednesday and I felt like participating this week, it's been awhile! Today's prompt is:

What step do you wish to take?

Lately I've been going up and down spirals. With my business, with life. One of the things that I love (and hate) about life is that it always changes. Just when I reach my stride, I stumble and I have to start all over again. That's the frustrating part but it's also the part that I need, ya know? If I didn't have to stop every once and awhile with an "Am I on the right path?" then I'd get terribly lost. Those stumbles are my compass, allowing me to realign myself to where I need to go.

"Thank you Universe for pushing me to the ground while you stand there laughing. Even though I often want to punch you in the face, it's kinda like in kindergarten, when you pull my hair and then push me down, just to show me that you like me."

My wish for this week is to take the first step, each and every time I stumble.

This prompt made me think of the song You Can't Go Back Now by the weepies. "I can't really say why everybody wishes they were somewhere else. But in the end, the only steps that matter are the ones you take all by yourself."

Happy Wishcasting Wednesday! What step do you wish to take?

I wish to share my love.

Posted on 05:58 by Unknown
Happy wishcasting all of you amazing people! For those of you that don't know, every Wednesday the fabulous Jamie Ridler gives us a prompt that we blog about and then we all go to each other's blogs and leave a comment like: "As you wish for yourself, so I wish for you also."

It's really nourishing to read other people's wishes and have mine supported as well. Even if you don't have a blog, feel free to visit around and support the other bloggers.

Today we are asked: What do you wish to share?

My answer is simple. I've blogged about my thoughts on love and why I feel like I'm a bad friend but when you really get down to it, even though I might not show it in the very best way, I have a lot of love to give. As I've gotten older, I've realized that there is this well of maternal love within me. It wants to nurture and soothe and heal and I want to share that energy with the world.

I think what I most love about wishing to share my love is sharing it and not giving it away. Often times we give our love at the expense of saving some for ourselves.

I wish to share my love with everyone who needs it.

I can't think of a better gift for the world.

Lots of love to you!

I wish to be a romance novel heroine!

Posted on 04:47 by Unknown
Today's Wishcasting Wednesday prompt is a fun one! What would you wish for if anything were possible? I have the greatest wish ever! I would wish to be able to transport myself into any book of my choosing. Oh yeah! How amazing would that be?

Best wish ever.

I've had this wish since I was a kid and I can't think of anything more extraordinary! I could transport myself to the world of Harry Potter, or Lord of the Rings, or so many other exciting, adventurous, places where reality is meaningless and so many fantastic things happen.

Yesterday I finished my newest romance novel by the fantastic author Julia Quinn. She is by far my favorite romance novel writer ever in the history of the world. My favorite romance novels take place in 1800s England. I don't know why, but I am such a sucker for that kind of thing. Waltzes, propriety, the rules of society, lovely dresses. There's something magical about it to me.

I love that the best part of the book is almost always the first kiss. The lead up to that one moment is always so exciting and wonderful. Most romance novels (at least my favorites) don't have the first kiss within the first 100 pages and I love that the romance comes from the wit, friendship, and banter, between the main characters.

So if I could transport myself into any romance novel it would be one written by Julia Quinn! Friendship, humor, kisses, adventure, scandal, and of course a happy ever after!

What impossible things are your wish?

My Heart's Wish

Posted on 22:48 by Unknown
I'd love for you to join the Tribe of Wishcasters! Every Wednesday we flock to our blogs, we answer a question, and then we all visit each other and leave a comment like "As you wish for yourself, so I wish for you as well."

It's a great way to connect, to share, to find GREAT new blogs, and to bring our wishes one step closer to manifesting. So join in! Today we are asked:

What is your heart's wish?

Oh what a lovely thing! I can think of so many things to wish for, so many wonderful things that my happy little heart wants.

My heart's wish is to continue to feel joy, to love to its fullest capacity and then a little bit more. My heart's wish is to love each and every person I come across and to shower them with happy, little, rainbow-colored, droplets of love.

Wanna know my greatest wish for this sweet little heart of mine?

My heart wishes to always be listened to. It may not have the strongest, loudest, voice. It speaks in a quiet, self-assured, voice full of sweetness and honesty. The words are wise and true. I shall try a little harder to listen to them.

Happy wishings to all of you amazing women!

Delight in the simple things...

Posted on 22:33 by Unknown
Good morning Wishcasters! This week's prompt "What do you wish to delight in? made me think of my post on Sunday called 5 Ways To Embrace Joy.

I wish to delight in the little things.

Over the past few weeks I've lost my ability to delight in those little moments in life that just make you sigh in pleasure.

I've been so busy with my normal job, and my business, that I find myself approaching feelings of burn-out. I know that it's a reminder to slow down, shift some things around, and find a routine that allows me to have more 'breathing' room.

Sunday I ended up staying awake two hours after my bed time, snuggled up in bed on a cool day, reading a romance novel and it was wonderful. I think it was one of my favorite moments of the entire week, even though it left me tired and grumpy the next day.

This week I want to delight in the little things, but I also want to make time for them as well.

Right now I am going to take some time to make myself a nice meal and I am going to delight in how good it feels to sit, relax, and enjoy.

Wishing you lots of delightful moments!

Everyone Deserves the Chance to Fly

Posted on 23:25 by Unknown
Good morning Wishcasters!

Just a little side note, this is my 200th blog post and I am so excited to share this milestone with you. I never thought I'd have the dedication to post so regularly but I have and it's been a beautiful experience. Here's to 200 more! This week's Wishcasting Wednesday prompt is:

What heights do you wish to reach?

Upon reading it, for a good hour, I had no idea what I wanted to write about. I am not an ambitious person. I've tried to be, but it's just not there and I don't feel the need to make myself into something that I'm not. I've been at my "day job" for almost eight years now and every year my managers ask me to consider getting into management. They've pleaded, promised, and pushed and always I just say no. I'm happy doing what I do and doing what I do well. That's enough for me.

I don't need to rise above. I need to do what I do and be happy doing it and I am.

Even with Blessing Manifesting, I look to the top of the mountain with no desire to climb it. I'll happily wander the paths below, sharing with those that want to be shared with. That is where my bliss lies. So I had difficulty answering this so I googled "quotes about height" but I didn't find anything that inspired me until I saw a link for the song "Defying Gravity" (I love this version best) and my reaction was "I know that song! I love that song." and I realized that it fit perfectly for this.

The story Wicked is the Wizard of Oz from the Wicked Witch of the West, Elphaba's point of view. You discover that she's not Wicked, her path was just different. She didn't want to conform to the Wizard's ideals of government. She wanted to do her own thing. What felt right to her. Popularity didn't matter to her, she just had to follow her heart.

Elphaba: So if you care to find me
Look to the Western sky!
As someone told me lately
Everyone deserves the chance to fly
And if I'm flying solo
At least I'm flying free
To those who ground me
Take a message back from me!

The heights I wish to reach are of my own making.

While I am not ambitious, I do strive to always do better. My heights and my success are set by me and no one else. So, even though the heights I want to reach may not be the top of a great, mighty, mountain, as long as I follow my heart and Great Spirit, I know that I'll be exactly where I need to be.

What heights are you wishing to reach?

Wishes and Why I Hate Walking Away

Posted on 23:28 by Unknown
I'd love for you to join the Tribe of Wishcasters! Every Wednesday we flock to our blogs, we answer a question, and then we all visit each other and leave a comment like "As you wish for yourself, so I wish for you as well." It's a great way to connect, to share, to find GREAT new blogs, and to bring our wishes one step closer to manifesting. So join in! Today we are asked:

What do you wish to walk away from?

Oh question how you make my brain hurt. I ran through a mental list of things that this could apply to. What first popped into my head was judgement of others, but then I realized, I'm pretty sure that I've allowed myself to work through a lot of those feelings. My next thought was my childhood, but there's still lots to dig into, to work through, great big chunks of wisdom to be found. Then I realized what I need to walk away from. Something I've struggled with. I wish to walk away from the guilt of walking away. It all comes down to this.

"You don't just walk away from people. You don't just throw people away." - Grey's Anatomy

That's how I've been conditioned to feel. I've been walked away from many times in my life, for no discernible reason. My biological father chose not to be a part of my life. My grandfather disappeared from my life after my grandmother died when I was eleven. Growing up, I had no close family which led me to rely very heavily on my mother. When she got into a relationship that eventually led her to get remarried, I felt like she no longer needed me. She no longer put me first, and to my teenage-self this just felt like one more person who walked away.

I don't do well with walking away, not from people.

To me, letting someone share with you, in a deep way, and then deciding not to have them in your life is the worst thing that you can do to another human being. Forget mental and verbal abuse, forget constant fighting, forget the fact that being around them makes you miserable. You just don't leave.

This was showcased best by my first relationship. He was married and spouted that whole I-am-leaving-as-soon-as-I-can with a dash of I-need-to-think-about-my-kid. The relationship tore me down mentally, spiritually, and physically. I was constantly lied to, he never spent time with me, there were so many broken promises, I gave him over a thousand dollars to "help" him move out which I later found out he spent on his wife's debt. To top it off he ended up having an affair with someone else. That was the breaking point and I broke up with him. Do you know what I did after that? I tried to get back together with him, because you don't leave people and you don't let them leave you.

Colossal epic failure.

Funny ending to that story, he walked away from me. I learned buckets of wisdom from that situation. It showcased my lack of self-esteem and self-worth. It showed me where all of the cracks in my soul and heart were. It let me know that I had absolutely no love for myself and it ultimately set me on my current path. Yet I still couldn't get over my hang up on letting go of people.

I'm getting better. Last year I walked away from a friendship that did nothing but hurt me and drag me down and her down. I still struggle with the guilt of walking away. I still agonize that I should have stuck with it, I regret that decision some days, and other days I pat myself on the back and say "That was growth, keep growing."

So what this long drawn out tale is meant to say, is that

I wish to walk away from the guilt of walking away.

Sweet wishings to all of you beautiful souls.

The Potential of a Seed

Posted on 01:18 by Unknown
I'd love for you to join the Tribe of Wishcasters! Every Wednesday we flock to our blogs, we answer a question, and then we all visit each other and leave a comment like "As you wish for yourself, so I wish for you as well." It's a great way to connect, to share, to find GREAT new blogs, and to bring our wishes one step closer to manifesting. So join in! Today we are asked:

How do you wish to grow?

I really have no idea! Oftentimes I don't start writing this blog until I know what I am going to write, today's different because I want an answer for myself. I want it to flow out of me and what better way to do that than to put the fingers to the keyboard and let the words out?

I wish to grow into my inner wise woman.

There, that's it. I think what got me stuck was the word "grow". It invokes the thought of slowness, of a process, of watering, soil, and sunlight. Something that isn't easy, yet happens beautifully when it is time.

Growing isn't an easy process, especially for me because I resist change so strongly. However, to be that person that I see in my mind... the changes, the pain, the uncomfortable-ness of transformation, the straining against the old, the tentative embracing of the new... it's all worth it to be that person that I know I am.

A seed knows what it has the potential to become the moment it is planted into the earth. Whether or not it actually becomes that depends on the work that is put into it. The rain, the sunlight, the room for the roots to dig deep into the ground.

That's how you grow.

That's how I wish to grow.

I will put in the work. I will prune my branches of what I don't need. I will let go of the things that are inhibiting my growth so that my roots have room to dig deep. I will water myself with love and compassion and I will allow myself to soak up the things that nourish me.

How do you wish to grow?

My Wish for My Home

Posted on 22:35 by Unknown
I'd love for you to join the Tribe of Wishcasters! Every Wednesday we flock to our blogs, we answer a question, and then we all visit each other and leave a comment like "As you wish for yourself, so I wish for you as well." It's a great way to connect, to share, to find GREAT new blogs, and to bring our wishes one step closer to manifesting. So join in! Today we are asked:

What do you wish for your home?

Talk about perfect timing! As some of you may know, at the beginning of the month I left my apartment of seven years and moved into a brand new apartment. It has been an adventure! I feel unsettled. This doesn't feel like my home and worst of all, it doesn't smell like my home. Due to my love of incense, former-apartment was imbued with its essence, it always smelled wonderful, comforting, and magical. Paint and new carpet smells is not really my cup o' tea. No matter how much incense I burn now it's just not 'sticking'.

I wish for my home to feel like 'home'.

I want it to feel comforting and magical again. I want to get that feeling of happy anticipation and safety when I stand at my door, ready to walk inside. One of my favorite Goddesses has always been Hestia and I really need to reconnect to her, to bring her power into my life.

I need to stop procrastinating on the unpacking, I need to buy new bookshelves so that the 10 boxes of books I have can be put in their proper place. I need to stop worrying that I am going to be uprooted any time soon. I really, really, need to do the Creating Your Goddess Haven E-Course so that this place suits me in every way.

Here's to a fabulous journey to make my home happy and sparkly.

What do you wish for your home?

Happy wishings!

I wish to go deep within.

Posted on 22:43 by Unknown
I'd love for you to join the Tribe of Wishcasters! Every Wednesday we flock to our blogs, we answer a question, and then we all visit each other and leave a comment like "As you wish for yourself, so I wish for you as well." It's a great way to connect, to share, to find GREAT new blogs, and to bring our wishes one step closer to manifesting. Today we are asked: Where do you wish to go?

I wish to go deep within myself.

My spirituality has been very wonky lately. Usually I submerge myself deep into my spiritual practices around Autumn. That didn't happen last year. I'm suffering from a spiritual drought... and I miss it.

I know that if I do the work I can move past it, find my beautiful oasis of the Divine. The love, comfort, and pure joy. It's a beautiful thing.

I want to meditate regularly again, I want to practice yoga, I want to take long walks and have conversations with the Universe, I want to delve deep inside of who I am. I want to explore those hidden places that have yet to be discovered.

I really think I should change those "wants" to "wills".

Where do you wish to go this week?

As a side note, I have a little survey that I'd love for my readers to fill out. Filling it out enters you in a drawing to win a $10 Amazon Gift Card, an Oracle Card Reading, My latest ebook, or a Sacred Spirit Session. It's only 10 questions, so please fill it out if you have the time. :)

Joy is like a one night stand.

Posted on 23:07 by Unknown
I'd love for you to join the tribe of Wishcasters. Every Wednesday we flock to our blogs, we answer a question, and then we all visit each other and leave a comment like "As you wish for yourself, so I wish for you as well." It's a great way to connect, to share, and to bring our wishes one step closer to manifesting. Today we are asked: What do you wish to jump into?

I wish to jump into joy.

You see, I have many relationships. For example, for a long time Anxiety and I were best friends, attached at the hip we were. We still hang out from time to time, but not as much as we used to. Depression and I have one of those relationships where you break up and then get back together a few months later, you know the type. We get together less often now, but he's still around. Happiness and I are getting acquainted, hanging out more and more, I quite like her. Joy however...

Joy is like a one night stand.

We get together, have a great time, and then joy leaves. I don't get too attached, after all, what's the point? It won't stay.

Honestly, I never ask it to, never expect it to. I don't allow myself to immerse myself in that relationship. I want to change that. I still distance myself from "happy" emotions. It's still new to me, still something that I am discovering. A path that is overgrown with foliage but one I am excited to try to navigate. I'm still afraid to let those emotions really get to me, afraid that Depression and Anxiety will show up and snatch Happiness and Joy away.

I wish to jump into joy, jump into emotions and allow myself to have an experience with them, feel them fully, immerse myself in them, and not be afraid of them.

A live-in-the-moment kinda thing.

Happy wishing!

What I Wish to Experience

Posted on 00:24 by Unknown
I'd love for you to join the tribe of Wishcasters. Every Wednesday we flock to our blogs, we answer a question, and then we all visit each other and leave a comment like "As you wish for yourself, so I wish for you as well." It's a great way to connect, to share, and to bring our wishes one step closer to manifesting. Today we are asked: What do you wish to experience?

I wish to experience a beautiful, magical, life.

This means something different to everyone. This is what it means to me: Above all else I want to experience powerful, meaningful, friendships, whether they be online or offline. I want to delve deeper into my love of nature and photography. Being close to nature is magic and I am so glad that the weather is finally cooperating. I want to soak in my spirituality. I've been feeling a disconnect over the last few months and I am ready to once again experience that feeling of fullness and contentment. I want to experience the things that bring me joy and for the things that don't bring me  joy, I want to acknowledge that they bring me wisdom.

What do you wish to experience?

Happy Wishcasting!

Wishcasting and Anniversaries!

Posted on 03:15 by Unknown
Guess what today is! Blessing Manifesting's one year Anniversary! I am so excited and joyful and so incredibly blessed. On this day I am releasing my latest ebook and my Sacred Spirit Sessions.

Jamie Ridler Studios asks us "What do you wish to rise above?"

Such a fitting thing to ask myself right now as I look back at this long journey. I have always been a scaredy cat. I've always found excuses to hide behind. I never thought that I would ever be able to live anything other than a quiet, boring, life. I didn't think it was inside of me to be anything more than that.

I was wrong.

Everyday I am amazed at the depths of the wells within me that I never dreamed were there. It's quite daunting to see yourself as a shallow pool and then realize you are as deep and unfathomable as the ocean. I love the surprises and the mystery that dwells inside of me.

I wish to rise above the preconceived notions I have of myself to truly believe that I am limitless and fathomless.

What do you wish on this Wednesday?

What I wish for my Future.

Posted on 22:15 by Unknown

Today on Wishcasting Wednesday Jamie Ridler Studios asks us "What do you wish for your future?" Made me giddy with glee. The future... such open and unlimited possibly.

Just imagine what could happen.

I've always been someone who is more invested in the past than I am the future. I think about the past, a lot. I learn from it, I carry it with me. I'm invested in the present, and in the near future. I love to make to-do lists for the week, but that's not really the future. The future is something far off in the distance that I don't really think about until it has become the past.

I wish to be unafraid of having big dreams and I wish to be unafraid of really believing that they can happen.

I am still so afraid of the future, of change, and I want to be able to release that so that I can think of the things that might happen, the magic that I might create. The miracles that will happen. The dreams that will come true.

I wish for you to believe in the future and the beauty of your dreams. May they come true in a big way!
