I'm a firm believer in Western medicine working with Eastern, energy, whoowoo, hippy, metaphysical-y stuff (whatever you want to call it) to heal and create wholeness. Winter talks about Letting Go of the "Medicinal" Stigma and of not feeling spiritually "enough" because you can't conquer illness by yourself.
