I don't know about you but I tend to be a wallower.
Wallowing in self pity or sadness isn't a bad thing as long as you don't do it for too long. If you hold on to it for a long time it becomes habit and then you forget how to not be sad.
After awhile you just have to pick yourself up, brush yourself off, and do what you can do to make yourself happy.
You know what that is right?
Each of us has a different thing that makes us feel better. I don't know what that is for you, you have to figure that out yourself, but I do know what things make me feel better.
